This book has poems and reflections to observe, to be silent, to find a rhythm, to tell a hurt, to see in the dark, to abandon oneself and to return home, among others. It seems a good place to get lost in the attempt to write if we remember that, hidden among its verses, there are all kinds of maps.
Through 13 short essays, Tamara shortens the distance that, without much argument, we assume exists between a poem and us.
Selected poems by Mary Oliver, Lydia Davis, Idea Vilariño, Louise Glück, Sharon Olds, William Carlos Williams, Cristina Peri Rossi, Vicente Luy, Lucille Clifton, Elvira Hernández and Diana Bellessi are coordinates that will lead us to write from inverted slogans that Tamara imagines could result in a poem similar to the one each of these authors and authors wrote.
