Bubinga is the wood chosen for the handle. Of Central African origin, it is a variety with an extraordinary resistance to humidity and temperature changes. It is one of the only woods that does not generate fungi when subjected to humid conditions, a peculiarity that guarantees its use for the food sector.
Wood is an organic material, therefore, subjecting it to microwave waves is not recommended. It can be placed in the dishwasher as long as the temperature does not exceed 60°.
