This 222-page bilingual (English-Spanish) journal contains 100 files to be filled with your personal experiences and reflections on plant, animal, and other spirits that inhabit this world or the other.

A field journal that allows any practitioner from any path (witchcraft or hedge-riding, folk medicine, magic, Poison Path, etc.) to collect their reflections and engage with their surroundings in an organized way. 

Each file is meant to be filled in with sensory and energetic profiles, folklore, medicinal and magical usages, chemical aspects, but also your personal reflections, the interactions you have carried out, and the ways in which you have applied that interaction to your path.

• A little pocket to collect leaves, feathers, pieces of paper, etc.

Illustrations have been magnificently drawn by Victoria Francés, one of the most amazing individuals and practitioners we have ever come across.

This journal has been handprinted and hand-assembled in La Franja de Ponent by LaKabana, a cosy little workshop that uses traditional printing methods and high-quality papers, the covers have been letter-pressed and hot-foiled in bronze.
